PERSONALISATION TIMESCALES

Some of our gifts take longer to make than others, and so on each product page you’ll see an estimated dispatch time. This is the time it takes for us to create your personalised gift and then pass it to our couriers. Once we’ve given it to Royal Mail or a specialist courier, they deliver it to you.

As we have such a large selection of gifts and cards, and each item has an individual dispatch time, they’re usually sent out as and when they're ready. This means that your goodies arrive quicker, which is great news because nobody likes waiting!

DELIVERY COSTS

 

If you’re ordering multiple cards, gifts, large gifts or inflated helium balloons, your delivery charge may vary from the prices listed above. We’ll let you know on the basket page how much your postage charges will be.

 

RETURNS

 

As a valued customer we want you to be happy with what you’ve ordered. If you’re not completely satisfied with the product(s) you’ve bought then simply return it to us at any time within 14 working days of receipt. This offer excludes personalised items.

 

If the non-personalised goods are returned within 7 working days of receipt then we will happily issue a full refund including postage and packing, or an exchange.

Should you return an item because of an error on our part or if it’s defective, then we’ll refund the full value of the item and your costs in returning it to us. You can
